PEAK PHILOSOPHY

At PEAK we believe that there is an athlete inside of everyone. With our help, clients
will achieve their optimal level of fitness. There are three phases to our program: Inner
Athlete, Outer Athlete and Complete Athlete.
The first phase of our program is the Inner Athlete. This is for clients that are inactive
or appear out of shape. Throughout this phase we will correct imbalances and improve
total body conditioning by activating deconditioned muscles.
The second phase is called Outer Athlete. If you appear to be in shape or are in
somewhat decent physical condition, but suffer from joint pain or have hit a plateau,
you will benefit from training in this phase. During your training, you will develop more
range of motion in your joints through advanced flexibility movements which in turn
will help with muscle development.
The third and final phase of our program is the Complete Athlete. When you have
completed a combination of the first two phases you are then ready to step it up to an
advanced cardio and strengthening program! At this phase we will not only increase
your athleticism but also aim to decrease your functional age by 10 years. What this
means is that if you are 35 years old, we want to get you as much strength, energy and
vitality as someone who is 25.
Work smart, not just hard – that’s what PEAK Fitness is about.
